Ass.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Peter Kral

Ass.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. techn. Peter Kral studied scientifically mechanical engineering – branch of study traffic engineering – at Vienna University of Technology with graduation to Dipl.-Ing. in 1993.

He then worked at the institute for machine elements (Head: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Laurenz Rinder) as scientific assistant. On May 1st, 1994 he was awarded the title „Universitätssassistent“ by Dr. Erhard Busek, at that time federal minister. During this time he wrote his dissertation „Development and realisation of a SZ-stranding machine with new technology for production of stranded round and sectored wires“.

After conferral of the doctorate of technical sciences (passed with distinction) he was named assistant professor by federal minister Gehrer.
